I have asked around in cebu about ngcp full day scheduled brownouts and so it seems they have very few of them over the year. A few people said they cant remember the last time they had a full day brownout. What is it about this island and continous sunday brownouts?
Is there a reason they can't have more than one? That's usually a very good thing when it come to negotiating.
They have been working on this for many years but it is all down to Manila. Had the 1 (one) island thing come off it may have happened But
But; are we not sharing our electricity with them hence our brown-outs? How many of their 9 are working compared to our 1?
Brian please do not stir things up, it is what it is and I have answered the questions asked, Negros has but 1 (One supplier and we all have to live with this. the rest is Political I will Not take part in any further discussions
I was not stirring mate I asked a question... How many are working in Cebu or where can I find that information then. Seems strange (to me) hence why I asked, unless 8 out of 9 are down in Cebu then I can understand why Negros is sending power there way. Leave it there if you will but NOT stirring the pot, just asking.
I tried emailing ngcp and the mail was returned as spam as the address did not exist. I also dont understand why as there is 9 suppliers in cebu which im assuming are distributors? There is also still the question of the lack of ngcp brownouts in cebu island. Is it a way of power sharing and just an excuse so we dont ask questions? Is there actually any work ever done on these long brownouts, has anyone seen any work done on the 69kva lines? Maybe we will never know.
I was just about to congratulate Noreco on nearly 2 weeks without a brown out until last night had a brown out from 6pm till 10 or 11pm here in Liptong.............does any one know what happened ......??or experienced the same thing......??
