    May sound stupid but why not tell them you will complain to 888. Government departments are scared of that it's the Duterte created action number against inefficient or corrupt departments. The number responsiveness may not work so good but they are definitely scared of it. Tried it a few times in other applications.

    What are the requirements and procedure for an exit clearance for a holder of a valid 13a ACR card? I saw that there are two types of ECC-- ECC-A and the ECC-B which applies to holders of valid ACR Cards-- on the Immigration Website but no explanation of where you apply and what is required.
