This Roque character should follow his own advice. He calls the vaccine a "shameless public health scam" one second then turns right around and says there have been no reported cases of death or severe dengue infections and that people shouldn't spread information that cause alarm. The part where he admits nothing bad has been reported just happens to be at the very end of the article and in smaller print. The reporter should have focused and questioned more on that little tidbit.
Check out the price they paid for it from india then check the sale price here in the ph. Disgraceful.
Those types of charts/memes oversimplify complex issues. What are the reasons for the price difference? The creater doesn't say....or doesn't know. Could it be due to different regulations on the two countries? Corruption? Import/export laws? Financial aid from other countries? Was the vaccine purchased at different times in the research phase? Was India a major financer for the research?
