When are property taxes due?

Do the assessments usually come in the mail? Relatives haven't seen it. When is the tax payment due? Thanks.

 

January of each year, They do not send out assessments (or at least we have never had one) if you go to City hall they will tell you (Long wait sometimes) you get a discount [not sure what%] if you Pay early, like Nov or December

When you say City Hall, is there a particular agency that you talk on a particular floor? Never been there. Thanks.

 

Ground Floor Front main entrance, cashiers office or ask the Security for City Assessor's office, As I said it can be a Long Haul

 

Be prepared to wait in line.....
