Are fireworks allowed to be sold in Dumaguete? If so, where.

 

Went to the park, walked all the way around, and down the streets towards the boulevard, spoke to lots of vendors and asked them if there was anyplace to purchase fireworks, every one of them told me the same thing, "sale not allowed".

 

Try the Muslim sales area by the Fire Station,

 

I discovered that there is a City approved designated area in the RUSI parking lot in Barangay Daro

 

You could also try the area just north of the port, there used to be some sellers there.

 

Finally found it, the location of the designated fireworks area is in the RUSI Ball Park:
