hi guys does anyone know if there will be fireworks tonight and where abouts they are shooting them off ie freedom park or boulvevard?? thanks in advance
i find that ratehr hard to beleive, do you have a story/link? all I know of is the new eo28, signed in june, but it says nothing about anything like that. it just states all fireworks must be part of a community event.

Correct. my BIL is on the Firework commision events here in Dumaguete, he is on the design and safety committee, Organised displays are Allowed especially at New Year
Before midnight .... at midnight ... after midnight .... ALL HELL broke loose. Best to name anywhere where they were NOT any fireworks. But I enjoyed them anyway. Happy 2018.
Luckily we got one of the young guys here to set ours off, most exploded in his face before he could turn and run, others exploded around a meter off the ground, I was more amused by his ducking and weaving prowess than I was by the actual Fireworks! Everyone was screaming with delight and pissing themselves laughing each time he survived yet another successful launch! lol The local Resorts here put on a good display (viewed on the horizon) but someone in the bamboo behind us here must have been well cashed up, they put on a display to rival most of the local Resorts!
