Better yet pore booze down his throat until he over doses and than forget to have his stomach pumped. Fuggen drunks like that are what gives the rest of us bad vibes from the Filipinos that do not know us. Put the b@st@rd on a plane to no where, I'll buy the ticket.
It may have been removed from Facebook or made private. I could see it earlier but it is restricted now. It is just a video of the police talking to some fat trailer trash who is drunk at 10am on the boulevard (with a Tanduay bottle in hand). If you Google "fat trailer trash wigger" and look at the images....that's basically what's going on.

Situation: Two locals casually walked their 5 month-old pet dog at the Rizal Boulevard around 10am of January 2. Suddenly, a foreigner who was drinking (visibly drunk) along the boulevard (No drinking of liquors as per city ordinance) stood up and kicked hard the young dog. The two guys just held their temper and seek the assistance of the Tourist Police Unit (TPU) in the area instead. “ We can easily take him down but it’s a new year and we want to start it right not with a fight”. one of the guys said. The foreigner said, “I’m just pissed!”, when asked why he kicked the dog. Thank you for your patience, Dumaguetenos, you still got the “gentleness”. Thank you Tpu Noppo
I think 'brain dead' is more accurate. One bad piece of trash does more for the reputation of foreigners than do all the good acts (I give up my seat on buses for women, children, disabled and seniors (even though I am one myself) and, obviously, that attracts no publicity).
