We used to use telex mainly for business international communications. Very brief format like a telegram. Later on I was able to use it from my PC Junior when connecting by 300 baud phone line to compuserve. Expensive but effective. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm familiar with this specific company. It is important to read the fine print on the TERMS and CONDITIONS. Some companies will bill your credit card if you don't cancel the agreement once you have used their service. This has not happened to me personally but I hsve heard of people getting stung.
Any company that takes your credit card information for a "free trial" is going to bill you later on unless you jump through all their hoops for canceling it (and sometimes they make those hoops extremely difficult to get through). Giving your credit card information for anything "free" should be a huge big red flag.
