Food & Grocery Where to buy good Wholewheat Bread?

Look for Octogan bar, it's right there. Banilad, West side of the road.

 

Bakery downstairs by super market Lees Plaza..Also there English Muffins are xlnt

 

Rollin Pin bakes it fresh daily (don’t know about Sundays).

 

And it does very nice cheese tarts, quiche, baguettes ... plus other items.

 

Why Not Restaurant Deli - good choice of european style bread, not sweet, also wholewheat bread available - some local bakeries offer wholewheat toast in the supermarkets, just try it out for your taste - the supply here in Dumaguete and around is all in all good for bread lovers :-)

 

Actually, the bakery next to the left front of the Robinsons Grocery (facing out) has some pretty good whole wheat bread. Hope it's not too sugary for you... Also like Rollin Pin, especially the croissants

Yes, I can agree, the french bakery is so yummy awesome.

 

In my opinion good rye or sourdough impossible to find and lack of good bread overall
