I am going to post our 3146 sq.mtr. overlooking property in Sagbang ( valencia ) on DI , but was wondering about other good places to list it too... I am not looking to list w/ realtor..... we are needing to get something in Bohol because of family... thanks
I think the biggest thing is going to be the listing price more so than the listing location. If it is priced for a sucker you will probably have to wait a long time for a sucker to come around. If it is priced to sell word of mouth is going to help out a lot. If it is a property that expats are going to be interested in I would look to post it where expats hang out: why not, McDonald's, octagon, the place that can't be mentioned here (you'll have to figure that one out), Robinson's. Of course you'd have to find out where you are allowed to post flyers and/or give them a posting fee if required.
for local interest; there are several "buy and sell dumaguete" facebook sites, some bigger, some smaller, inexpensive property is sold relatively fast there, nationwide online selling at Property 24, Lamudi, Persquare, OLX Philippines, Mitula, to name the bigger ones
You could "list" it with several agents. We've looked at several good places from John Paul Villaflores, who is also a rental property manager.

Just for comparison, i know of a flat lot almost a hectare, 4 km from Valencia and 7 km from Bacong, that SOLD (closed deal) for 450 pesos per sqm. Deals are out there. They looked for a year.
Often the larger Lots sell at a lower price per square meter. I could have bought three 1 Hectare Lots up behind Bacong 3 years ago for 360,000php each (it was a German guy selling them at the time) but decided to buy 2131m2 here in Maluay close by for what will work out around the 1.5M+ mark if things go smoothly. (Still need to negotiate the Right of Way) In hindsight, I should have bought those secluded lots to be further away from civilization with peace and quiet. All of a sudden our Lot seems too small for what we are wanting to do, so I am thinking once we are done here paying it off, to put it on the market and buy a larger lot further out in the boondocks.
What? That lot is too small for you? Do you want to build a palace on a much bigger lot? Or a very big swimming pool? Needs a lot of to fill that one.
