I re-read the post, the link you supplied leads to the woman's personal Facebook Profile who is selling an over priced Used Refrigerator, not to any Buy & Sell Page... Perhaps you could have posted some of the links to the Dumaguete Selling Pages for the Original Poster to look through instead an overpriced item linked to a Personal Profile? Sorry; but it was you who made a poor choice as an example, I read it as posted and replied as such, as I am sure the OP has no idea what things like this are worth here, and paying more than new price makes no sense whatsoever to me, so hoped to make him aware of that... To @OzeMike Try looking on some of these Facebook Buy & Sell Pages, on the left you should see a Search Box where you can type in the item you are searching, when it gives you the results you may need to click onto "Show all Posts" to bring up what you are seeking. Also do not forget that Google is your friend, search and compare prices (Lazada for example) before settling on an item as most times here the Seller's ask more than they paid as if it is Real Estate... I have no comment about the postings, but I have noticed that many items here for sale are advertised for ridiculous prices. From property to motorcycles, tv's, etc. I say ridiculous because, property being excepted, many items are posted for more than new price.
