Is there a place in Dumaguete where I can scan documents to PDF files and sent them true internet?

across the street from video city there is a internet cafe they do it

 

I ditto the Cam Scanner app. Use it all the time.

I use the Dropbox scan app and scan directly to Dropbox from my iphone. Then I can mail from my phone or laptop and have access to the pdf anywhere. Like you android app, it is not a picture it is a jog scan. Goodbye to obsolete scanners everywhere
