I've got a different Information from Pacific Cross: If you choose a Doctor, which is accredited in Pacific Cross, the bill will be payed from Pacific Cross direct to the Doctor - even for me, older than 65!
If over 65, Americans gave medicare. If you have a heart attack, get the emergency treatment and pay the cost out of your 401K or whatever.
