Yorkshire tea is much stronger than English Breakfast Tea. Great flavour but can be strong enough for an elephant to skate on.

Ahhh, you had me reaching for my Google button with that one. I love a strong cup of tea. I was raised that you spat out the weak stuff and said "dishwater", (well that's what mother would say. Dad would say "gnats p*ss"), just to prove you knew your tea. Anyway, I found this link interesting and hope others will too. If someone I know (hint, hint Mike) has a good strong cup of Yorkshire tea hanging about I hope he will invite me over, but I do like milk and sugar in it.
Why is it called 'Yorkshire Tea'?

Got some in cupboard, Niece brought some over from England. Leave bag in mug to stew for a few mins then pour milk over it, no sugar. Cheers.
