Trades & Labor Wanted Architect

Greetings, I am Only new to Dumaguete, I am looking for good architect to draw up my house plans, sign and seal....not interested in anyone with the percentage cost...just flat rate....I do know of some but not here in Dumaguete or Valencia..

 

Depending on what you are looking for; i.e. how much of the building approval process you want done for you, and on how much creative input you require, I can put you in touch with a very good draftsman (family friend and Architect student on a break!) - works in Valencia planning office. I can also put you in touch with an Engineer (another family friend) who is familiar with City Engineers office requirements for building approval and can provide the engineers report and sign the blueprint. Both of these people can do the work for a flat fee depending on the size, type of construction and materials you intend to use. If you are looking for someone to take care of the whole approval process, I may also know someone who can help, depending on the location and the timing.

 

I agree with merlin to take on an engr or arch who does permits for you. We've got one (a local arch as we're working with an out of town primary architect). The "proj mgr" can go thru all the barangay and municipal permits and reviews, and as far as i'm concerned, is well worth his fee in money saved navigating the labyrinth.
