I never paid anything for pick up there. Honest now maybe you get angry at me but come on 150 pesos a day parking at the airport with security, f*cking cheap. Try Copenhagen, Hamburg, Paris or Madrid and you will cry if you complain about 150 pesos a day
Sure, but again you park your car in a safe area, honestly I wonder sometimes when I hear expats discuss how much they pay for example potatoes, if one pay 70 pesos and another pay 80 pesos haha, sorry I found it funny, nothing better to do?
Just to avoid any misunderstanding, I respect people who live here with a small pension and use their money wisely, get a better life here than in the west, but sometimes it's not about low income, it's about being cheap Charlie, not my favorite people lol
I think most of us just want to pay what the locals would pay for the same product or service. It would be awesome if the Philippines would adopt a strict policy of posting prices up front (like most of their neighboring countries have done).
Parking a day for 150 php is very cheap for airport parking. In Switzerland a day parking at airports can costs quite up to more then US$ 150. (Yeah a flight can be cheaper than the parking LOL!)
I think that may explain why most of us did not retire in Switzerland. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Switzerland is a great country. If you have lot of money! Back to topic: Illegal parking costs from 200 php to 300 php. The Sibulan airport parking is cheaper than that.
Yeah? Parking at the airfield near where I grew up (about the same size as the Dumaguete airport) is free. Completely irrelevant to what parking in Dumaguete costs.
I don't agree with you, compare parking cost at the different airport is not irrelevant. Many foreigners retire in the Philippines because it's cheaper compared with the country they come from, generally
