    If you have COPD, try cutting out your carbs with a ketogenic diet and see if that helps after two to three weeks. If it helps, try waterfasting after that. You can YouTube it to learn more. It worked wonders for me. Good luck

    Thanks will look into it. Have heard about the effectiveness of the Ketogenic diet and with your recommendation will check it out.
