    Its plantar fasciitis, not flat footed. The pain is in my arches and same for my 3 year old son who is NOT overweight as well (he gets discomfort laying down at night). Mine is just walking or standing without arch support. However you can't really get decent arch support here but making due as I can.

    I've met plenty of bum American doctors over the years. I'm having major spinal surgery soon in Bacolod City in northern Negros. I'll let you know how it goes if I survive it. haha
    Seriously, the neurosurgeon there, Dr. Marchadesh, knows at least as much as any American doctor.

    and find the top doctors and medical facilities recommended by the US Embassy. Does their recommendation make them any better? That is a person choice you can make.
