    Does anybody know of a company in the Dumaguete area that repairs / services Samsung air con.
    RTC are the agents for Samsung but say they are so busy they cannot come until sometime in July !

    And that's the company you want. However, I had them come to look at my Samsung split unit 4 years ago and because they did not install it, they did not fix it. The fellow who installed it used to work at RTC and quit to work for the water district so he came back to fix it, but I lost touch with the fellow.

    Bottom line is: who installed it and can you get them back to fix it?

    Look up edward garcia on fb or messenger. He owns frozen tribe aircon services in valencia.
    He services all out stuff and is very good and its usually next day service.

    That just sucks! Thanks for the info. It seems my next aircon will not be Samsung.

    This was the biggest reason i quit using rtc as always 2 week wait. If they are that busy employ another team to clean and install but as usual no forward thinking.
