What matters is by US law a child within wedlock is your child even if the DNA doesn't match. Therefore DNA testing is irrelevant and a waste of money and time. If the male signed off on the birth certificate its his. Ask any US Lawyer worth a d*mn and check US court cases which have been very thorough. This is why so many fathers have been stuck for 18 years paying child support after finding out their wife cheated and the kid wasn't there's even with a dna test. If the child is born in wedlock its the fathers child and by US law eligible for all benefits included within including citizenship.... end of story.

not relevent if the child is born overseas. crba requires the child be a bilogical child.

"Only the child’s biological parent or legal guardian, preferably the U.S. citizen parent, can apply for a CRBA."

"NOTE: Only biological children of Americans may qualify for a CRBA/Derivative U.S. Citizenship."

You've referenced certain USSC cases several times, can you provide a source? I'm willing to believe your claims, just need some evidence for them.

Child support and gaining US citizenship through the CRBA process are not related. It's a false equivalency.
