Oh, boy. Where do I start with this one?

It's good to know that if I REALLY need to take a sh*t, then I can take one at Provincial Hospital.

Translation: People sh*t themselves waiting for their turn at the CR.

Translation: I don't need a bed and an IV, I really just need to take a sh*t but this fu**ing line is rediculous.

Added bulletin: Keep in mind that if you boil water with sh*t in it, you are still left with sh*tty water.

How about some anti-bacterial a** wipes?

Let me start by telling of the time a similar thing happened to me a couple of years back. Problem is when blood gets into the diarrhea. The emergency room interns did not really want to admit me to hospital until I passed out from loss of blood. When I came to I had about 10 doctors around me. They admitted me, gave me a transfusion and treated it.

Diarrhea can be fatal and that is a REAL shitty deal.

But honestly: Who really would use tap water in tropic regions, beside flushing the toilet?

My white water filter on the incoming water line turns brown to the point of nearly stoping the water flow, in just 24 hours. I would like to know WHO $HIT IN THE POND! BEEN LIKE THAT FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. Just glad I got a couple of hundred filters the last time I was able to find them.

And wash dishes? And if there is a helper or gf she likely cooks the rice with tap water. I don't think that gets to boiling temp. I brush my teeth and shave in tap water. It would be a PIA to do that with bottled water but I would if I was worried about contaminated water.

Who would be crazy enough to drink water from the tap anywhere in Asia, much less the Philippines?
