Hi guys haven't been on her for a longtime, heads up guys, the story i am about to tell you reminded me of a story i heard on here, about i think a canadian who refused to stand in the rob cinema for the ph
National anthom, a lawyer went balistic and tried yo have the foreigner charged.
I was in rob cr standing behind a local at the only one urinal that was working, i gave him about 3 feet space so he can breathe, in come this guy yabbering loud on his cp, jumped inbetween me and the guy taking a pee, i looked at him from the side and he kept talking at a great speed, i waited until he got his manhood put away and said by the way i was standing in line b4 you jumped in front of me, he said you cant say something ?you can't speak english? I replied you never stoped speaking on your phone until you finished your pee, he then was enraged and kept repeating i am a lawyer, then invited me to go to the police station, he tried to use don't belittle our people, i said hey I been living here for 9 yesrs peacefully , go away and leave me alone you are a raciest, he continued his bla bla until he got to Watson's. He is around 35 yrs old he is dangerous

I would have declined that invitation.

I wouldn't have said all that. I would have just smiled and told him to have a nice day. Nothing good can come from such petty arguments with the locals that are acting like that. They obviously have a chip on their shoulder and are looking to take it out on a foreigner. If they are ripping into you continue to be polite and let them look like the *sshole, it will benefit you if the dispute ever escalates into something more serious.

Also, be careful not to identify the man in any way here. If he feels your intent in posting here is to "tarnish his image" he could get you for defamation. Understand that there are *ssholes in every city (even in "The City of Gentle People"), he sounds like one of them. Best to just avoid him and let it go.

It is part of their culture. If there is a space occupy it. I have found it true in any type of line. Give space in the grocery store so people can move along the way while waiting in line and someone usually tries to take that space until you indicate the obvious, that we are all in this line. Look at how the cars drive, no space, because the reasoning is, if I give a car length someone will cut in. Happens all the time, I just politely inform the offender that the line begins behind the rest of us and they comply.

I would have *gently* pushed him at the stall and then apologized for not seeing such a small guy who had stepped infront of me when I was next in line and didn't expect a Filipino could be so rude and *sshole like that. The gentle push would have hopefully resulted in him pissing all over himself. Course then I would have just got out and left or go tell the security guard this guy in the CR just tried to mug me but u didn't believe he had a gun like he claimed.

Being a lawyer here is nothing special or powerful, even if he thinks it is.

You can be anything here but if you know the 'right' people then you have power of a sort and being a foreigner is already a disadvantage.

Go to the police? "No, sir. Line-jumping is not a criminal matter. But you lack manners/delicadeza."
