I recently posted a poll about how much a people pay their full-time helpers. This one is about how many hours per week they work on average. Although it won't be possible to directly correlate the two, I thought it would be interesting to see.

The job is task-centric, not measured by hours worked like in a factory assembly line. They are at home for cooking, laundry etc. if not shopping for groceries or paying utility etc. bills etc., available during waking hours but only part of that working to complete tasks as needed. Of course, paid time off 4-5 days per month.

It is much harder to find a maid now with the 4P program where people get paid for not working.

People aren’t getting paid “for not working.” The 4Ps are for the indigents who put their kids to school. If they don’t have kids, or they do and don’t put them in school, then they don’t get to be beneficiaries of the program.

But I know of teachers that are also getting 4Ps without children.
