    Mostly. There is a short piece of one way near the Valencia end, and a short piece of mud just south of the bridge.

    Other than that, mostly two lane new concrete.

    The last section at the Valencia end was completed today (Monday). Will probably be another 5 or 6 days before it's hardened enough and opened to traffic!
