Just wondering is there a doctor here in Dumaquete that gives steriod injections for a bad disc and if so have you had success with it and how long does it stay effective and the cost ???

Been to Mike.. But now as bad as the disc is a 4 on a scale of 5 don't want any cracking done to be safe...wow... 1 month was not long From what I heard the back injection lasts 6 months to a year...but wonder if it gives relief like your shot did ...what was the charge ???
Lenny, I had to get the prescription for the Diprospan and syringe from the doctor then buy it at the hospital pharmacy then go back to the doctor. Not sure of total cost maybe around 2000 for two injections (I went back a couple days later for the 2nd injection because I felt pain). Doctor charged for visit plus injections. I might do it again.
Have you tried a nerve stimulator? Not sure if they are even available there. Might be worth asking about if you go see Dr. Olegario. We used him, and his wife's PT dept, too, when my daughter broke her ankle.
