Not what you are seeking but this may be of interest to you in terms of using bamboo as part of your project:

most of what you will find here in the local lumber yards, will not be dry, seasoned or square
it will be still soggy, warped and hard to work with, if you want to build your own stuff

to buy what you are used to at home, and wood you can work with and depend on, you will have to go to the big hardware stores (matio, citi hardware), but be prepared to pay for it

I would suggest trying to find a local carpenter, and let them work with the local woods, if you do have any power tools, this local lumber going to rust them up real real fast
most of the tradesmen here (especially carpenters are a good breed, who know what they are doing), do not underestimate the strength and durability of bamboo as a building source)

Termites here eat wood, you might consider treatment of the wood.

I built a wood frame house like you would find in US about 4 years ago in Siquijor. It was an eye opener. It is a good thing I’m a carpenter as the local guys allthought I was nuts.....they were right. Every piece of lumber had to planned to get it straight and the proper thickness desired. The sding was mahogany, yes mahogany as it was comparatively cheap but as some one stated it was not dried and what we got was 1X6 that we used a router to get the lap I wanted.
The house turned out very well and we had no problems with termites after using Solignium as mentioned. We have had some of the termite tunnels they build and we would do selective treatment and remove the tunnel.
If I had it to do over I would pour a slab, (we have pier and beam), and would use metal studs and metal rafters/trusses for the roof. Interior walls are 1/4” plywood, next time I will use cement board.
Best of luck onyour project. We would also like updates if you proceed with this build.
