Today i saw that parts of the dual carriageway south of the mall has been roped off and motorbikes parking there.
You underestimate the motorcycle loading capabilities of Filipinos. Each of those riders could be carrying at least 4 full plastic bags each, and one could easily fit a 50' television between each rider. I've hauled at least 12 plastic bags of groceries on a scooter with just one back rider. Larger items....no problem:
Certainly is BUT when you do and you have a Good 1+ meter clearance either side of the car Idiots in SUV's they can't drive still manage to scrape you, I say SUV because the damage done to my car is quite high to have been a saloon, we were put in place by The Security Guys who are doing there best [?] to manage what space is left BUT Most unfortunate that whilst they have released some more Car Parking Areas where the Bikes used to be,they have not altered the Cameras to Cover the Areas Sad day all round really
How about pay parking? Then when you buy something from any stores in the mall, you can have your parking receipt validated and that will qualify you for free parking.
