Sibulan American hit by car while crossing North highway?

You all realise the name of the province you live in right?

So many road related deaths and injuries lately with the latest being the foreigner in Guihulngan city who rear ended a car after hitting a trike.

Thread should be locked. Apparently nobody has heard anything about this and I didn't see anything on FB.

It's also maybe a little unfair to ban someone from a discussion and then for discussion to continue on the person who was banned. All one-sided and not productive.

Not complaining about any of the fine contributors to this thread. It's just good moderation housekeeping I think.

And often that opinion is wrong. I have a lot of respect for the moderation here and it's a well run forum. It's an unappreciated skill.

I haven't spoken to Andy for months. I had a hand in helping with the newer parts of DI, but I never did get moderator access. Usually I'll just comment as a sort of flag for whichever mod might be browsing though, but even then the moderators often disagree with me.
