    I 'm waiting for my 13a probation amendment to permanent visa, it's over 3 months wait now and I have to do an annual report. The girl at Dumaguete BoI said it's not been approved yet, I have till 2nd of March then its the cut off for the report, after that there's a 200 pesos a day fine. Has anybody been in this predicament? Happy new year.

    I assume the poster is still currently on his probationary 13a that has now expired... I would guess that you will present this problem to the BI and let them tell you what to do.

    I believe you can get a 3 month extension on a 13a probationary visa. I need an extension about 5 years ago and it was granted.
