It would be a surprise for sure. Implemented the new excise tax on gasoline because prices were coming down, two weeks in a row they have increased. Better do some inflation adjusting soon or be stuck like you were last year. Companies and producers are not just going to absorb increasing costs, they will be passed on, that is what business and making a profit is all about.
I am not a great fan of "could" reporting but, anyway, I wonder what effect the Chinese slowdown will have throughout Asia.
