    Assume Cebu Mactan International airport also will do the ECC for a 9A Tourist Visa?.. I have been here 2 years. When I use to be on a 13A many years back my memory was the ECC was issued at a booth to the right of the customs desks.. . is that where it is still?

    Cebu Mactam International airport is now situated in a brand new building so wandering the situation is as before like you described where the booth was located.

    Pretty sure long pants , collar shirt and closed shoes still apply in Cebu, JCenter Mandaue BI.
    Some BI offices have eased up I believe to allow for tourists. ..but why risk it.

    I went there in March this year Mike, I put on a proper shirt but needed of. Some guys in there had wife beater t-shirts on :biggrin: sleeveless vest.

    To be fair, the rules do seem to change every year or so on this procedure.

    Always nice to see expats introducing that trailer park culture to the Philippines.
