Selling inherited property

A foreigner can inherit property. Many people think by law there is a period of time in which the foreigner has to sell it. No one has a cite for this and googling hasn't helped. I learn a lot, but nothing is on point. Help!

 

I agree with you. After doing an Internet search, nowhere can I find any reference to a foreigner having to sell property they have inherited.

I would not trust people who say things without the ability to substantiate it with a reference.

If I were in a situation like this I would seek the advice of an attorney. Like the link I posted above, many attorneys advertise their services by answering questions. Doing an Internet search of the issue will pull up a number of attorneys who have at least looked into it.

 

Yes, Rye, it was you I was thinking of to ask the question. I read that thread previously and thought you might know. I didn't think of googling here, but I will for a bit. I've never been able to find a source for the time period to sell, but I have found cases where after years the foriegner decided to transfer and disputes arose, but not about the time. Thanks.

Is it true that French chicks don't shave their legs? This guy would know, because he was banging one. Then he moved on to Australian chicks. How many other nationalities were there? Maybe this guy shagged himself to death? Maybe the will was nothing more than a public record of Jose Ramirez's exploits. In the highest court of the land.

I don't know what they are trying to say here, but the testicles are always pushing for substitutions. Maybe this guy just kept them lining up by offering a spot on his will. The widow had to be guaranteed a spot. The rest had the knock the previous chick off the plot. It's like a game of magical chairs. The last girl who grabs the spot before Jose dies, gets the prize.

I don't know why, but this sounds so sexy. This thing is like a romance novel. It just gets steamier and steamier.

So, the window "plento dom-ino" provided quite sufficient satisfaction to get herself on the will. The leg-time was particularly satisfying. I don't what that involved, but I'm a leg-man myself, so I can relate.

No details on what Wanda brought to the picture, but given Jose's preferences I bet she had a great set of legs as well. She got some of the property too.

Jorge and Roberto get some land as well, but they don't like this arrangement. More chicks the better, I say. Better a French chick moves in next door than more chickens and barking dogs.

This story could have been better if Jose had more land. Imagine, you have an entire village of foreign chicks you have banged. You would at least get a street named after you.
