I’m no student chef but why not give this a bash yourself? Often it’s a case of getting the right tools as well as the right ingredients. A decent iron skillet/pan will do the trick. I’ve just had a tawa made for me - all the chapatis I can handle. I’ve been doing tortillas and other flat breads for yonks, my sea salt and rosemary bbq’d flat breads are the talk of the baranguay...cheers.
