BTW, one big consideration of the venue is its accessibility and safety. Several years back I made one poor decision of renting a space that was located on the 2nd floor of building somewhere near the boulevard. A couple of members had some leg problems and had to go through the hassle of climbing up the stairs. This is not going to happen now. The space must be on the ground floor, no climbing, no hassles.

 

SkipJack, where is Buglas Isla Cowork located? I went around the boulevard area this morning and couldn't find it. Thanks.

 

You are obviously very considerate towards your student - may I suggest you run a pipe from the cold beer store at the nearest resto to the classroom and they will in Heaven.

 

LOL----10:45 am would be too early for such revelry, Notmyrealname. They can do that in the evening at home.

 

They are on the second floor across the street from Bethel Guest House. The corner of Rizal Blvd and Bishop Epifanio Surban St.

Being on the 2nd floor, they will not meet your requirements of easy access.

Make sure you are clear about what their fees are. Each participant may have to pay an hourly fee in addition to the room rental.
