You are more advanced than me then Mike. I'll be starting from the very beginning and going real slow as I have never learnt a second language before - not even sure if the brain is wired for it, haha.

Hi, OzeMike! It is expected that some of you have ample amount of knowledge of Bisaya but starting from scratch with those who know nothing or little will surely enhance that knowledge. I am sure that there will be things that you learned incorrectly or improperly and that could be straightened out.

We will see, IggyPop. You will find out that Bisaya or binisaya is really a very interesting dialect, much of which is hard to explain using grammatical logic.

    I don't know.
Hi Glenda, It sounds like OzeMike is worried about missing the first 2 lessons, perhaps worried to the point whereby he will not join the class? If the other perspective class members aren't overly concerned with the class start date, maybe we could just start on the Saturday, perhaps this way we won't lose a class mate before we begin, lol. Anyway, I just thought I would float the idea. Perhaps it might help but of course it's ultimately a decision for yourself and other class mates to consider. For me I am happy to commence any day.

Okay---that is a very good suggestion, EandN----we can actually start on the day when everybody is here-----what do you say, guys? We can start it on a Saturday, June 8 at 10:45 to 12:00---anyone who has a problem with this? If everyone is amenable, I will make a separate post for the slight adjustment.

Hello Glenda, I’m interested in Bisayan class. Is there still room for me to join? How many days per week are the classes? Thank you.

Hi hlevinsohn! We meet 3x/week starting this coming Saturday, 10:45 am to 12:00 at Tip Top Hotel near Robinsons, across Don Bosco School. There are 5 who have confirmed coming. I hope you too will join the group.
