I'm very eager to learn Bisaya. This time is too early for me though. If you had an alternate time or would be open to private tutoring, I would be more able.

Hi, Fellow Traveler! This is supposed to be an ongoing thing----so those who want to join anytime can come in.
But wouldn't someone joining now be behind the current lessons to the point it will be very hard if not impossible to catch up? I'd be interested myself potentially in a fresh class.
Lessons are repeated anyway because the learners are generally still on phase 1 of learning. Vocabulary and other lessons will be repeatedly used until the learners will already remember what and how to use these words. I do not think you will feel so left behind as one month of sessions 3x per week is still considered initial stage. We just have to constantly, constantly hear and use the target language as often as we can. Our next meeting will be on Thursday, 10:45 am---you might want to give it a try for one session.
