    Now also one barangay cap and two deped oficers in same place been shot,not much news yet though.

    BREAKING: Barangay Buenavista, Guihulngan City chairman Romeo Alipan was shot dead inside his home at around 1:40 this morning. He was 64. Initial police reports say yet unidentified gunmen stormed his house and shot the chairman several times. He was rushed to the Guihulngan District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival. UPDATE (as of 7:12 a.m.): Two education officials were shot dead in another shooting incident in Barangay Hibaiyo, Guihulngan City past midnight today.     Hey. What is happening to Neg Or at these days? Sounds like a huge increase of shootings in the last few weeks.
    Even the people in Tayasan are telling us, that they feel less safe in the mountains right now.
    I'm currently staying in Ormoc City (Leyte) and feel more safe there than in Dumaguete.
