Where does all the wrong information come from. I am not out on bail not have I ever been. I won the first case not guilty. I did what both of my private lawyers told me I could not do in my first case. My judge had a 97 percent conviction rate. I wanted to inhibit to a different branch and both told me I couldn't do anything I wrote my own motion, based off a fair trial. I presented it in court alone and was granted my motion. My first case I destroyed the evidence. I read all I could day and nigh. Now the same group is part of it. I have several ways to disqualify the evidence with CCTV glad my friend. My first judge once I transferred was only interested in the truth. She was one of the smartest judges I have seen. My new judge is a good judge. I honestly know I will win my case. The violations are to big . And as I study supreme Court rililind smsau mogh

If you have studied the Philippine law as closely as you say you have then you will know that evidence is easily dismissed on a technicality then you spend the next 20 years going through the appeal processes. Really, I think you should wake up to reality.

I don't know if Motormouth is guilty or not but I will not be surprised if his exposed to false accusations. I admire his courage to stand up for his rights, wise or not, time will show. What surprise me most is the compassion and support he get from his fellow country men, WTF? I don't think any of us know the truth but some members here at least indirect assuming his guilty, don't hope any of you will happen in a similar situation, it can happen to all of us, take care

Let me see if I have this right. Motormouth is now incarcerated because of no bail allowed? Yet, if he is incarcerated then he has to have one of the best jails I have ever heard of in the country. I don't believe they allow cellphones for prisoners let alone laptops or other computers. How is he accessing the internet and doing all of this posting if he is in jail? I'm missing something here.

    Yes, you are.

You would be absolutely astonished at what goes on and what is allowed in Filipino prisons. In the Philippines there are the rules and there are the enforcement of the rules...do you really think the prisons are any different? Look at what the authorities find during any raid of a prison. Try finding any article on the subject where the raid turned out to be a dud. That will give you an idea of what is possible in a Filipino prison.

However, one would have to be pretty thick to identify themselves on an open forum/social media while incarcerated, basically an admission to breaking existing prison contraband rules.

That was my point. I know contraband gets in, like I said I worked in a prison for a while and yes we found it too. But to blatantly do this, just seems, well kinda dumb.

The possibility that Motormuth have written the post down on a paper and given it to a visitor to post it online don't exists in your universe? He want to share his experience with the public and fight for his rights. No one is guilty before the are convicted in court and we all know or should know that even you are innocent you can be judged on false acussicusions or because "someone" don't want to lose face or other circumstances, don't forget what country you are in

Yes, the written response is a possibility. Do they have legal libraries in the prison as he says he spends all of his time preparing and researching?

I, personally believe, that everyone on this Forum believes in Due Process and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Yes but that is where we are from... here its all just going thru the motions,, and in the end no one will know the real outcome. How many politicians have been caught for graft and corruption and really how many have been jailed.??? Never forget where you are.. did you see the one where a senator said he wants the death penalty for police who plant evidence???
