Rent is very high, escalators are not working and many customers feel it is unsafe to use the escalator stairs that are steep
I'm sure the occupancy rate and lack of customers will eventually impact the job security of the current manager. If this happens before the mall falls into an even greater state of disrepair and desolation and cannot be salvaged under its current franchise name is yet to be seen. I've seen some pretty desolate malls in the Philippines lose their franchise and then be turned into more of a local market style setup or be taken over by another large mall franchise and brought back to life.
There’s no Italian made pasta...sold in the Robinson’s supermarket. Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Pasta King last night. When we opened the delivery box...the pizza crust was Black...the bottom of the pizza was totally burned. The dog would not eat it. Today..it’s Brown Beans and Brown Rice...there’s no red kidney beans at the Robinson’s. I did find a bottle of Beringer Chardonnay....it says...California 2017...but its probably China 2019.
Many malls in Switzerland looks like Robinsons mall in Dumaguete in the case of closed shops inside the malls. And then there are so many closed shops inside the cities in Switzerland. The overregulations in Europe are killing the smaller businesses with taxes, regulations, fees, rules, law and so on. Fortunately this does not apply to the Philippines st the moment.
True but some companies there are under the management of Western companies, such as Lenovo, Dell, HP and Apple and they produce quality products, at least for home markets whose customers will not buy low quality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
