I don't know if anyone local can do a proper analysis. My neighbor had one done using a local geodetic engineer for a house at a cost of 40,000 pesos. Throughout the report he found some other clients name here and there and the comments on soil characteristics didn't seem to match the building site. I think it's a buyer be ware situation.
I have built a 3 story house 100 meters from the beach, we had an engineer to sample the ground. Go to the local town hall and ask for advise.
