Getting started on building a house

Anyone have a ballpark figure for a soil analysis? Thanks.

 

Mechanical analysis on suitability to construct a three floor building.

 

I don't know if anyone local can do a proper analysis. My neighbor had one done using a local geodetic engineer for a house at a cost of 40,000 pesos. Throughout the report he found some other clients name here and there and the comments on soil characteristics didn't seem to match the building site.
I think it's a buyer be ware situation.

 

I have built a 3 story house 100 meters from the beach, we had an engineer to sample the ground. Go to the local town hall and ask for advise.

 

Still have the engineer’s contact info? LGO is more interested in avoiding any and all work.
