Off-topic, but you started. I know of two restaurants that are healthy from top to bottom of their menus: the Jamrock Cafe at Hayahay, and the Rollin' Pin Bakery on Katada Street off Silliman (crowded on school days, noon time).

Good info. Not sure whether to get excited or not. We have our house in Tubod Bacong and would love to fly in and out so close to home. Plus the infrastructure that will hopefully come to the area like water and good internet.
