Are the other, smaller, malls following these guidelines/laws as well or are they just skirting under it because they are less visible for now? What happens after the government gets the big guys in check and starts painting the bullseye on smaller businesses? Seems the Philippines government is starting to get serious about taking their cut. It will eventually hit every business and be passed on to the customers. Ready for more inflation and price hikes?
