I arrive in good time to the 12 noon ferry from Argao to Bohol, was told we are not sailing today, no cargo. How often this happens I have no idea, but next time I will call them in advance to hear if they are sailing

That ferry is very expensive even for a motorcycle, the boat from Cebu to Tagbilaran is half the price.

a few years ago I brought a toyota sedan from bohol, cost was P1100. last year i showed up for the noon ferry onm my motorcycle, they wanted P1700 one way. BUT, the ferry did not run that day, so it cost me nothing!

Wish someone would start RORO route between Dumaguete and Tagbilaran. Maayo SHipping could maybe divert away from Cebu one of their smaller ferries from Sibulan once a day even. But they own their terminals, I think, so I guess they would need to build one in Tagbilaran (or maybe Panglao Island.) I'm dreaming.
