PDEA issued an advisory in 2015 prohibiting the use of “hempseed oil and their derivatives”. It says “ although the benefits outweigh the risks, it is not yet authorized by FDA to distribute...”. Local authorities are enjoined to monitor and report the proliferation etc.. In NC USA CDB is available everywhere. I would not ship it here; it appears to be law and PDEA seems to admit it is stupid but expats accused of CDB importation might encounter serious problems. Check the PDEA website and search on hempseed oil. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've got to agree that I'd be very cautious about importing it into the Philippines, and personally wouldn't do it at this time. Even in the US, where its use is becoming widely accepted, it remains in a somewhat grey area, and folks still run into problems. Another issue is the quality control, it's not impossible to get a batch that will test positive for THC. Here's a fairly recent story from the US. It was bad enough there, but imagine what a horror story this could have been if it happened in the Philippines! https://www.usatoday.com/story/trav...sney-world-over-cbd-oil-her-purse/1148429001/
I had my prescriptions sent Fed X cost $135 from Atlanta with a 40% discount. Non - narcotic no problems. Declared them and included my VA letter.
