One??? I figured it was easier to change the name than to start the visa process through the BCIS (former name for immigration service) over again. We discovered this just about the time she got her interview date. Heck it might not even be her birth certificate we got amended. The birthday also seemed a little off.
As far as I know. Never cared enough about the others to help apply for a passport for them. I've had a few that straight up lied about their names, but they knew full well what their real names were (or so they think, the joke might actually be on them).
Yeah, I was thinking of having her name fully changed or whatever is much faster. I know it'll be a money game. We only found it while she was getting her passport. :(
PAO or Public Attorney's Office is located somewhere at the Capitol Area---you can ask around there for the exact location of PAO ---this is a government or public lawyer's office so I think the fee should be free.
When entering the building through the front door take the stairs to the 2nd floor to the right and you will find the PAO there, though their services are not all for free.
