    I have noticed that too but the ones that are seated outside are always foreigners. They seem to just like sit there and talk with fellow expats.

    Great breakfast. It was getting a rough morning crowd left over from last nights parties but I think it has gotten better. I quit going there it got so bad. Hope they run the alkies and addicts off.

    Not at my place. Might as well cater to rats. You may not be bothered by their throwing up, blowing snot on the ground and smelling like sh*t. But that bothers me.

    Don't eat there except when i come to Dumaguete for business. I eat their early morning when they first open. The scum follow about an hour later.. When do you show up?
