The traditional choice of non-Christians in the USA for Xmas Day, especially Jewish people, is to go Chinese.
We ate there last night one of our favorite dining places. The Advertised Christmas meal is 1195 Php. From what I remember from the ad menu they are having Turkey,Roast Beef, Ox tail soup, Fried Apple.
Spice in Valencia is doing a roast dinner (chicken) with stuffing, roast spuds etc Christmas Day for 450 pesos I believe!
Looks good but I wonder why it's not a traditional Turkey roast dinner? Got chicken coming out of me ears we eat so much of it here, lol.
Dec. 25 is holiday for many restaurants but Let Chalet and Casa Blanca are open. Dec. 26 would be back to normal but then again expect to have some last-minute shopping rush on the 30th and 31st. Most business establishments are open on Jan.1 but malls like Robinsons, etc. usually open at around 2 pm
