Charles Schwab reimburses all ATM fees. Don't tell them that's why you are opening the account though.
fwiw... i signed up with Schwab, about 15 years ago, using a foreign address and i had to make a USD $25k deposit with them to get a Schwab debit card.
Found this through Google: Bank ATM Maximum Amount Per Day BDO PHP 50,000 BPI PHP 20,000 China Bank PHP 30,000 Landbank PHP 50,000 Maybank PHP 20,000 Metrobank PHP 30,000 PNB PHP 20,000 PS Bank PHP 30,000 RCBC PHP 50,000 Security Bank PHP 40,000 UCPB PHP 20,000 Union Bank PHP 20,000 In Thailand ATM limits are usually around THB 25000 (PHP ~41000). Although, when making the debit card withdrawal manually in the bank the limit is THB 50000. Is it similar in The Phil's? https://www.moneymax.ph/personal-finance/articles/atm-service-fees-philippines
I think the rules have changed in those 15 years. I don't think they have a minimum deposit to open an account and get a card any longer. They do force you to open a brokerage account along with it, and I take advantage of that, but I didn't use the brokerage account for months while I had the checking account. And another side note, they have excellent online money management and free stock trading/research platforms with their brokerage/checking accounts. I use them both almost daily.
Daily allowable amount for ATM withdrawals is P20k but you may withdraw the whole amount using the real teller, that means filling out a form and waiting for your turn to be called inside the bank.
BPI has a card available on request(the card i have) which is raised to p50k per day..unfortunately not 50k in i shot though
