    Sorry, Rye83 but my search has been unsuccessful . Well, so far anyway . I hate delegating this kind of task as I like to see , touch , smell, etc. And make sure the quality I want is there. But I just might. Today is Chelsea Bun day , this, I doubt is on your agenda. Sugar, butter, eggs and so on. Otherwise it will just be the usual little menu as I can't get out to go foraging.
    Unfortunately the only person I trust to stand in for me , my wife , is quite ill and though I have a new assistant starting this morning , I have a feeling she will bomb quite spectacularly . Maybe I can send her to our home to do the laundry.
    Fortunately I have a good man to deal with the fish markets so there's no problem in that department. However, I have Noreco to deal with re electric cables and meter for when I move the truck to another position, just a few yards away.Give me a few days and I'll come up with something else. I'll keep you posted.

    My recipe is more complex than this with freshly grated nutmeg and the zest of grated orange and lemon. I soon found out I can't make enough of these .

    I returned an hour ago from the fish market. You see a sample of today's catch and bloody expensive , too.
    You don't see Dorado, my most favoured fish and quite rightly, it's succulent, and moist especially when a small amount of the chef's genius is thrown in the recipe's. There is some Dorado on sale there but far too small to be accepted for my clientele. I rarely buy Dorado under a metre, today they were less than a foot long and with the big head to put into the equation certainly not a viable option. After all I'm there to make a living , ( sorry folks, there ain't nothing for nothing,).
    Today I have bookings for brunch and lunch, if any of you read this please be prompt if you don't want to be disappointed. I do have good Dorado which I put directly on the food truck. This is of a respectable size.
    Unfortunately, talking to the vendors about sustainable fishing only produced that glazed over, 1000 yard stare.
    Then we have the Chinese and Japanese fishing fleets to contend with, they have no respect for this country's fishing limits and rape the seas ad-lib.
    Discussing this with a Swiss gentleman he was fully against my debate which was close to becoming an argument. He states that we, the western ex-pat, don't belong here where as they all do to the extent that they can do as they please. Bulldust !
    I could go on extensively about over fishing but I've got work to do.
    Finally for now, I have a small amount of baby back ribs, which will be cooked my way and no other. Get there quick.
    I can't put nutritional value, I know the gentleman who asked for this has more than a small ability to work out a ball park figure.
    Please bear in mind that just because it says deep fried on the board, it can be pan fried, baked steamed or grilled. All of which can be done with olive oil , nothing at all, also seasoned fresh milk is a super medium for poaching fish. All of you have a great day and hope to see many of you later.

    I've tried mikesimportedbritishgoods, I think it's a very poorly designed website . It slowly leads you from one page to another erratically and when you eventually get to the item you want 99% are out of stock. I neither have the time or the inclination to waste on this.

    I've been bandying this about since January and as I said before my fish and chips are well above average, indeed they are top quality and cooked to perfection. I absolutely know this.
    However, please return at your convenience, order the same and please point out what's average about it. Don't make your identity known until you've finished.
    If your critique has merit, well, you will walk away having had a free meal and I will have learned something.

    I agree with you about the website, can suck at times, especially with internet speeds in this country. However, I don't mind wandering the website at all, oh yes it could improve, but there again I'm sure he didn't actually design it himself.
    I order what I want, then sit back & wait for it. I'm retired tho, so I'm not in a rush.

    Just wanted to let you know if anyone is interested Zac's Place bakes great bread rolls and other bakery items. Last week he baked Chelsea Buns...an English friuted bun scroll. They were full of fruit and absolutely delishious....couldn't stop eating them lol.
    I think you would need to ask Russell when they are next on the menu. I plan to order 6 on his next bake!

    Calling into get my half dozen Chelsea Buns at Zac's Place exiting
    Russell has given me the nod Chelsea Buns will out of the oven around 12.30 today Monday.

    Picked up 2 Chelsea Buns today and they were great. Also had the Fish and Chips for lunch again and was very happy. Have tried the other offerings but the Fish and Chips is by far my favourite. As I said previously, it is nice to have another dining offering in Valencia.

    I go regularly to Spice, Zac's Place and Coffee Groove and have been to the Korean Bar on the right down the Barcong Road (can't remember the name - something like XYZ Bar), Green Dining and Cliff House every so often but is there anything else anyone can suggest worth trying in Valencia?
