    I must say that the man I spoke to yesterday is of his word as the bill was hand delivered to me yesterday evening. I believe someone read the meter on the 18th judging from the reading. So, today I went by the substation near me and paid it. Thanks!

    But he said he is 65+ and under home quarantine like me so how can he (or I) go pay the bill with a current or prior statement? No simple solutions here. Even the new Barangay one-time passes are not issued to 65+.

    Who put you on home quarantine. I read the recommendation. So far the Governor has not implemented it. I have seen plenty of people over 65, myself included, out and about, when I do venture out.
